Safe Haven House is a proposed emergency shelter program in Roosevelt. The service plan combines safe housing with individualized support for adult men working toward stability and permanent housing.
Planned services include case management, licensed social work support, daily meals, transportation coordination, and housing and employment assistance.
These services describe the submitted proposal. Opening and placements remain subject to county approval.
